    The plate is in nice, solid condition without any extra holes or bends.  The plate has some thin crack lines in the background paint mainly at the left and right sides and marks and paint chips at the bolt holes and other signs of use and age -- see photo for details.
    THE PLATE IS EXPIRED AND IS MORE THAN 3 YEARS OLD.
