    The plate is in nice, solid condition without any extra holes or bends.  The plate has marks and paint chips at the bolt holes, along with fading of the reflectorized letters/numbers and other signs of use and age -- see photo for details.
    THE PLATE IS EXPIRED AND IS MORE THAN 3 YEARS OLD.
