I used to live in Beaumont, TX and bought this at a barn sale in Fannett, TX. It is as found. Pick up in Frisco, TX outside Dallas  or if you can arrange shipping I don't mind taking it to a PostNet, FedEX, or UPS and just dropping it off.  The bottom ball says Blitzen. The top white ball is rough at the top/bottom. The pole itself is about 64" tall. Twisted rope design stand.
