Antique Hand Carved And Painted Folk Art Wooden Weathervane Chicken Country

Description

For your consideration is this antique hand carved and painted folk art wooden weathervane in the shape of a chicken attached to a metal bracketed post and mounted on a wooden base.  The weathervane is in  good condition for its age and use.  There is an old repair to the chicken, the wooden base is cracked from age and there is wear to the paint throughout the piece.  The rather large and heavy weathervane is 41" in height and 20" in width.  Available for pick-up only.
