This is a complete tool no other parts to buy, it is ready to use.
Dies are made from A 36 Steel.
I use A 36 to make my own tools and they hold up very well; I have not had to replace any of them. Comes with 3 dies
Die #1 is 60 degree angle.
Die #2 flat.
Die #3 is for forming to your special project needs.
All scale has been removed so you don't have to grind for days.
All dies are 3/4" thick X 3" wide X 7 1/2" length this gives you a true 2 1/4"W X 2 3/4"H opening to work through, actual opening is a little bigger; and could be opened to 2 1/2"- 2 3/4"W with a little file work.
Mounting plate is 4" X 5" X 1/2" inch thick.
Tool comes with a 1" hardy shank.
We can make tools with 3/4 shanks on request.
