1915 'good for 25¢' token is from the company store of the Loutre Lumber Company in Cargile, Arkansas (now a 'ghost town'). The obverse has the name of the lumber company and the town, and the reverse has the words
GOOD FOR 25 IN MERCHANDISE
, with the name of the token manufacturer along the lower rim - Meyer & Wenthe, Chicago. The diameter i
s approximately 23 mm (15/16"), and the composition is brass.
This token is in very fine condition, with relatively light wear, signs of handling, toning, and soiling.
