Here is a beautifully restored 1950's Gamewell FIRE Alarm Call Box Telephone from Hello Central Antique Telephone Company.
This is NOT a replica Fire Alarm Call Box. However, a new professionally manufactured metal name plate (Telephone) was used used to complete the Fire Alarm Call Box.
The Call Box was made by the Gamewell Company and is made of cast aluminum (herculite).
The Fire Alarm Call Box, Telephone and Top Light  Assembly have a Powder Coated Finish (baked on enamel) with professional hand painted lettering.
Inside the Fire Alarm Call Box is a 1930-40's Western Electric Model 211 Telephone that has been converted for use on today's telephone system. The older style Western Electric "F-1" Handset is made of bakelite and includes a Cloth Covered Handset Cord.
The Fire Alarm Call Box Telephone also features a working Top Light Assembly with a "Ruby Red" Glass Globe and light bulb. The top light makes a great night light for your office, game room, den or other special area. The top light is controlled by an "on - off" line cord switch and plugs into a regular household AC outlet . Please note, For use on a "VOIP" (Voice Over Internet Protocol) Telephone System such as available from Vonage or other Internet carrier will require a converter not provided in this auction. This Gamewell Fire Alarm Call Box Telephone will work fine with "regular" telephone company service without a converter..
The Fire Alarm Call Box Telephone has a one year limited warranty from Hello Central Antique Telephone Company and has been professionally restored for "INDOOR USE ONLY".
