    You are bidding on a very rare Louisiana BICENTENNIAL/200 Years w/ SMALL sized Green Pelican license plate previously issued to a Louisiana motorist by the Louisiana DMV.
    Note that this scarce Bicentennial Small pelican size type was issued for less than 12 months due to law enforcement complaints stating that the size of the Pelican made the number/letter sequence illegible.
    The license plate listed is for collecting/display purposes only, and fully complies with all eBay listing policies.It is no longer valid and is at least three years old.
